Shipping and Returns

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

  • We ship worldwide from Cairns, Australia.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday – Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping notifications via email.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for deliveries within Australia and 7-14 business days for international orders.
  • Free shipping for domestic orders over $125 and international orders over $200. This may change during promotions/sale events.
  • We offer standard and express post options.
  • Tully and the Chief takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
  • Please note: on international orders any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 30 day warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
  • Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear.
  • Giftcards, sale and clearance are not eligible for a credit or exchange.
  • Pre Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you require a change of size you will responsible to cover the cost of posting both ways, please send a return bag with your item.

 

How do I return an item?

  • Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  • We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide you with a returns address and necessary instructions. Please note we recommend tracking on returning an item(s) as Tully and the chief hold no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
  • All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
  • All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee if no return bag was included.
